Meet the Founders
Tom and Mary Anne Hardiman

Tom Hardiman together with his wife, Mary Anne, are founders of Kingdom Allies, an international ministry that brings prophetic inheritance, training, and insight to national leaders. Through Kingdom Allies, Tom has connected prophetic voices across the globe, building alliances for Kingdom advancement.

Previously, Tom served as Vice President at MorningStar Ministries, where he and his wife, Mary Anne, directed the MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries and Churches. Together they oversaw a network of more than three hundred pastors, churches, and ministries worldwide, after pastoring two congregations in New Jersey before being supernaturally called to MorningStar in 2003.

A former Olympian and coach, Tom carries a wealth of team ministry into his messages. He travels extensively, preaching and hosting prophetic roundtables that draw leaders together to discern the times and seasons. His heart is to strengthen and equip leaders and congregations for maximum impact in advancing Christ’s Kingdom.

Mary Anne is a dynamic conference speaker who brings history to life with vivid storytelling, seamlessly weaving biblical truth into every message. A former teacher and women’s pastor, she carries a passion to see every generation awakened to their God‑given purpose and vision, equipping them to become effective Kingdom builders.

Tom is the author of Restored, a blueprint of how God healed and rebuilt his own life. He carries a burden for the restoration of spiritual warriors so they can rise again, healed and equipped to restore others. He and Mary Anne have been happily married for 47 years, and together they are blessed with three married children and nine grandchildren.
